In this workshop, you will create or clarify your Strategic Purpose and Big Goal. Thereby creating a clear strategic direction for your business. At the end of the workshop you will have created:
In this series of 2 sessions, we will work with you individually or with your team to develop the strategic direction for your business over the next period of time (usually 1 year). Together we will develop specific goals and action plans for you to be successful.
The big question is who do you report to, who holds you to account for the progress you are making towards achieving your goals. As a business owner, you are often too busy to take an hour or two out to review your progress. Our accountability partnerships allow you to do this in a timely and affordable way, providing an ongoing support relationship guiding you towards your success.
This is is a partnership where we as your Just Small Business Strategic advisor meets with you just once a month to review your progress towards achieving your goals in each strategic area of your business. Your strategic advisor will provide support and guidance on how to expand on success or how to bring things back on track when they are not meeting the targets that you have set.
This is similar to Accountability 1 but you meet with your Strategic advisor weekly and you report on your progress on the activities of the previous week and proposed activities for the following week. With many years experience in the management and in the provision of customer finance advice, he has an extensive knowledge and understanding of client financial needs, including budgeting, cash flow analysis/forecasting and monitoring.
